- Freeze Council's salary for the next 4 years
- Freeze spending on new recreation buildings for the next 4 years
- Review the current roads program whereby the Town spends approximately 1 million dollars each year on paving roads using 'credit card' funding

* Reasonable balanced growth.
* Aggressive attraction of business/industry to provide jobs, diversification, and ease tax burden.
* Restoration of the viability of the Alliston Downtown.
* Public Transit in Alliston, (later to Beeton and Tottenham.)
* A long-term program to urbanize ditched streets in Alliston, Beeton and Tottenham.
* Keeping the Alliston Memorial Arena (Community Centre).
* Completing Boyne River Linear Park.
