Dear Exhibitor,
One of the favourite features of the annual Alliston Potato Fesitval is the flea market with its crafters at the Fairgrounds.
This year we expect another great turnout. There are approximately 60 booths available on a first come first served basis. Don't be disappointed. Register Now. It's simple.
PRE-REGISTER: Click here to view a layout of the fairgrounds. Please indicate the booth number you would like in the spot provided on the application form. Please be sure to include a second or third choice in case your preferred spot has already been reserved. Please note that only applicants that have included payment with their form will be guaranteed the spot until you arrive on Friday, August 10. All vendors must be set up by 9:00am Saturday morning.
The Alliston Potato Festival Committee would like to thank all who contributed to last year's festival success.This will be our 28th year for the festival. We invite you to come and be part of this celebration.

The fee schedules are:
10' x 20' = $ 65.00
20' x 20' = $ 100.00
30' x 20' = $ 135.00
NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS.
The fairgrounds will open up on Friday, August 10th at 9:00am for you to set up your booth. (We request that all vendors be set up by 9:00am on Saturday, August 11th). You will be responsible for providing your own table, tent, chairs, extension cord or cords if necessary.
Vehicles are normally not permitted in the exhibition area but if they are an integral part of your display, please indicate clearly on the application form. All Vehicles must be parked away from walkways and from blocking other displays. Potato Festival committee has the right to ask any vendor to move their vehicle.
Passes and site location will be provided to you at the Information Centre located at the fairgrounds. The hours this year for the public will be Friday evening around 5:00 p.m. till 11:00pm and 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
