Kemp drops out of deputy mayor race

New Tecumseth's race for deputy mayor is down one candidate after Kevin Kemp withdrew today.

"As a result of personal circumstances and professional commitments, I have decided to withdraw my candidacy for the position of Deputy," noted Mr. Kemp in an email release this afternoon.

That leaves incumbent Rick Milne as the sole candidate for the position elected at large.
