'Here in New Tecumseth, we do things differently'to the editor,Posted January 3, 2013 What dictates a correct "municipal environment" in New Tecumseth is somewhat different from other municipalities. In other local municipalities, firings are not common. In other local municipalities, law suits against mayors and councillors are a rarity. In other local municipalities, settling law suits out of court is a rarity. However, here in New Tecumseth, we do things differently. Law suits from fired employees are becoming common practice. In New Tecumseth a correct "municipal environment" for Town employess wishing to prosper and survive in our Town's "municipal environment" is the ability to kiss the backside of local council members.
