'A shame Councillor Norcross is trashed for doing what he can'

I wonder if Wayne Hutchison ever thought that Richard Norcross gets what is needed for his community because he cares enough about it to fight for what it needs. Isn't that what we elect people to do?

It's a shame that Councillor Norcross is trashed for doing what he can for a community he cares for.

I would think the councillors who don't show this type of concern should be the ones taking the static.
