New Tecumseth is $60 million in debt and Donna Jebb wants paved shoulders on Tottenham Road for bicycles.

That has to be one of the dumbest things I have heard come from council chambers.

with all the large truck traffic and vehicles using that road, it is just an open invitation for the grim reaper to open up shop here.

Why not focus energies into giving the taxpayer a break and reduce the debt. But then again, it's easier to spend and waste money when it's not yours.
