Terry Fox Run in Alliston nears $11,000 in donationsto the editor,Posted September 17, 2012 Sunday's Terry Fox Run in Alliston was our best one yet with 110 participants who collected donations of almost $11,000. Special thanks to the team of "Terry for Sherri" a group of family and friends of Honda employee, Sherri Fraser, who helped make our run a great success. Thank-you to all of are regular participants and supporters Johnny's Pizza and Sean Whelan. The run could not be held without our special volunteer students Paul, Ethan, Richelle and Mark (Banting) and Loren (Holy Family). We are looking for someone who would be willing to come out next year with an acoustic guitar and entertain our wonderful participants. If you are interested in playing your guitar for a couple of hours, please contact me at rsaunders@sympatico.ca
