Keith Bishop will by missed by all those who abhor big government and those of a prudent financial persuasion.

Our thoughts go out to Maureen and Keith's family.

When Keith was on Council and later as a Director of the Gibson Centre he saw the future where a huge debt load has accumulated in both cases.
