'Contract pharmacist' accused of stealing drugs, from inside
A Mississauga man working as a "contract pharmacist" at Shoppers Drug
Mart in Alliston was arrested over the weekend alleged to have stolen
"multiple types of pharmaceutical drugs" from the Victoria Street East
Nottawasaga OPP reported this afternoon they were called to the
Victoria Street East pharmacy Saturday at 5:11 pm.
"Officers arrived and began an internal theft investigation into
multiple types of pharmaceutical drugs stolen from within the pharmacy.
The suspect, 51, was arrested by police at the end of his shift and
charged him with theft under $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in court
January 16, 2014.
