Posted February 20, 2013

Nottawasaga OPP continue to investigate last Wednesday night's robbery of the 49er Convenience Store on Queen Street in Tottenham, whose two suspects, at this post, remain at-large, and possibly still armed.

"We have a full team working on this as we speak," noted detachment commander, Inspector Dirk Cockburn, via email to Free Press Online

The incident was reported at 10:02 pm on Feb. 13, and involved a hand-gun pointed at the owner, all captured on store video survelliance camera.

A quantity of cash and merchandise from the store was stolen and the suspects fled on foot. They are described as white males, 18 - 22 years of age, 5'8" tall and were wearing black hooded sweatshirts with white bandanas over their faces.
