Posted January 12, 2016

The Sorbara Group's Valleyview development in Beeton has been allocated water and wastewater treatment capacity for phase 1, 46 units, of its 577-unit subdivision mix of detached and semi-detached houses.

The entire site covers 60.05 hectares and is located north of agricultural lands, east of the South Simcoe Rail lands, south of Maple Avenue, and west of the 10th Sideroad.

Phase one also includes a stormwater management block, a walkway/servicing block and an open space block. The first phase does not include any external roads.

The estimated cost of the site works is $2.6 million, which is required as a security deposit. And, 40 per cent of the development charges for water, sanitary, and roads will cost Sorbara $1,153,145.
