Race for Beeton ward grows to four

The fight to dethrone incumbent Richard Norcross for the one seat in Ward 6 Beeton now includes Terry Mason, raising the candidate count to four.

At this post, Mr. Mason's background was not confirmed, but resides in Beeton.

On Tuesday Iain Mackay, a former Tecumseth Township councillor and previous deputy mayor candidate, signed up to run, joining Stephen Mrasek, as the other candidate attempting to unseat the three term councillor - his last two wins by acclamation.
