Smash and grab at Shoppers Drug Mart in Alliston

Nottawasaga OPP are investigating an early morning break and enter into Shoppers Drug Mart in Alliston where thieves made off with thousands of dollars in products.

 

Security video shows three suspects smashed their way into the Victoria Street East store shortly after 5 am, with OPP dispatched by alarm at 5:16 am. Suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival.

 

All three suspects entered the building stealing an estimated amount of $1,000 worth of electronics and $25,000 worth of beauty products. They were last seen on video fleeing eastbound on Victoria Street in what is believed to be a 2007-2012 silver Ford Escape.

Suspect 1: is described as male, wearing a black winter jacket, light blue jeans, and black running shoes.

Suspect 2: is described as male, wearing a black hat, black balaclava, grey joggers, and black running shoes.

​

Suspect 3: is described as male, wearing all black a black ball cap and white/black running shoes.

Investigations are still ongoing, Police are encouraging residents to review their camera footage or dash cam for any suspicious activity between 4 am and 5:16 am.​
