Spate of early morning break-ins hit Angus

Nottawasaga OPP investigating at least four early morning break and enters into Angus businesses.
Police were called to the Ultramar gas station and Uplift Cannabis store at 165 Mill Street just before 4 am, for a report of a robbery in progress. Suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival.
"The preliminary investigation revealed that two unknown suspects believed to be two males, attended the address and smashed both front doors. The two suspects were then seen by a nearby witness smashing the door of the nail salon "Yes Nails" located at 223 Mill Street. At this time the OPP K9 unit was deployed to the area but was unsuccessful in locating the suspects," according to OPP. "Upon further investigation it was determined that the NAPA AUTOPRO located at 209 Mill Street, had been broken into as well."

Police report the first suspect is described as male, wearing a grey hood, black jacket, blue jeans, black Nike shoes, holding a red backpack. And suspect two is described as a male with a grey hood, olive jacket, holding a backpack.
"Investigations are still ongoing and it is unknown at this time if anything was stolen. Police are encouraging residents to review their camera footage or dash cam for any suspicious activity that may be helpful in this investigation between 3 am to 5 am, on Tuesday December 31."
