Firearm brandished in Alliston house robbery, two suspects at-large

Nottawasaga OPP investigating a daylight robbery that occurred at a residence on Anderson Road in southwest Alliston Wednesday afternoon.

 

Police were called to the home at approximately 4 pm. The suspects had already fled the scene on foot northound on Beattie Avenue.

"A preliminary investigation revealed that two unknown suspects forcibly entered the home, displayed a firearm, and demanded money from the victims," according to OPP.  "There were no physical injuries to anyone during this incident and there is no risk to public safety."

 

Suspect 1 is described as: A dark-skinned male, wearing black, white, and red jogging pants, white shoes, and a black hoodie.

Suspect 2 is described as: A light skinned male, wearing all black, black gloves with a Nike logo, carrying what appeared to be a green recyclable shopping bag.

OPP appealing to anyone who was in the area between 3:30 pm and 4:12 pm who may have any surveillance video.
