Peel Police stay mum on Alliston connection to GTA arrests
Posted October 10, 2024
Peel Regional Police are not releasing any details related to a search warrant it executed in Alliston as part of a larger high-end vehicle theft and break and enter spree investigation across the GTA that netted several arrests and the seizure of over $1.5 million in stolen cars over the summer.
"What I can say is that this investigation is evolving with investigative leads still being followed up on throughout the GTA," Jennifer Trimble, Acting Staff Sergeant, Public and Government Relations, told Free Press Online. "At this time, we are unable to be more specific with the connection Alliston has without jeopardizing the integrity of this investigation."
